  • The first session is a space to begin understanding what’s bringing you in, explore your history, and get a sense of how we might work together. It’s collaborative and paced in a way that feels comfortable for you.

  • My work is depth-oriented and grounded in attachment and trauma-based principles. I focus on helping you understand the deeper patterns shaping your experiences, while also supporting meaningful, lasting change. I draw from the following theoretical approaches: Cognitive Behavioral Theory, Mindfulness, Attachment Theory, Insight Oriented Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. I integrate EMDR when appropriate.

  • Therapy is a highly individualized process. Many of the clients I work with are interested in deeper, longer-term work, though we will regularly check in on your goals and progress.

  • Many clients I work with have had prior therapy. Often, a more depth-oriented and experiential approach can lead to a different kind of understanding and change.

  • I offer private pay therapy for adults seeking a more individualized, depth-oriented approach to their work. My fee is $150 per 50 minute session. I can provide a superbill for possible insurance reimbursement if applicable.

    Working outside of insurance allows for greater flexibility, privacy, and a more tailored approach to your care.

    I am in-network with select insurance plans through Headway. If you’d like to use insurance, we can discuss this during your consultation.

  • Yes, online therapy is an option for clients in the state of Colorado. We will discuss the risks and benefits of online therapy to make sure it is a good fit for you. I use a HIPPA compliant platform and provide you with a link for session.
