My work is depth-oriented and grounded in attachment and trauma-based principles. I focus on helping you understand the deeper patterns shaping your experiences, while also supporting meaningful, lasting change. I draw from the following theoretical approaches: Cognitive Behavioral Theory, Mindfulness, Attachment Theory, Insight Oriented Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. I integrate EMDR when appropriate.

I offer private pay therapy for adults seeking a more individualized, depth-oriented approach to their work. My fee is $150 per 50 minute session. I can provide a superbill for possible insurance reimbursement if applicable.
Working outside of insurance allows for greater flexibility, privacy, and a more tailored approach to your care.
I am in-network with select insurance plans through Headway. If you’d like to use insurance, we can discuss this during your consultation.

Yes, online therapy is an option for clients in the state of Colorado. We will discuss the risks and benefits of online therapy to make sure it is a good fit for you. I use a HIPPA compliant platform and provide you with a link for session.
